Shipping
All shopping shipments to destinations within Greece and Cyprus are carried out with the courier company "ELTA COURIER" to the address you have specified for us.
Alternatively, upon completion of the order, you can choose to personally collect your package from any ELTA COURIER company store, after a telephone notification
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is free for orders within Greece over 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros the shipping cost is configured according to the volumetric weight of the shipment and is displayed when completing the order
Shipping/Delivery Time
The main concern of our online store is the efficient and fast service of its customers. Our goal is to provide the best quality products on the market and with the fastest delivery times.
Orders are dispatched by our company on the same day, as long as they are registered by 15:00 on a working day and there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay (e.g. waiting for a bank transfer or the need to identify the customer's details due to the use of a suspicious credit card).
The delivery time for orders within Greece is:
For Attica 1-2 working days.
For Land destinations 1-2 working days.
For Islands 2-3 working days.
For shipments to Cyprus it is 8 working days.
Pickup from the Store
If you want to receive your order immediately, you can receive it from our store
In this case, it is necessary to have been contacted by phone in order to check availability and process your order. The order is prepared the same or the next day and as soon as it is ready you receive an e-mail and a message on your mobile so that you can come and collect it. Upon receipt, you will be asked for your order number, which is written in the e-mail and in the message we have sent to your mobile phone.
Changes / Returns
Changes to products purchased online can be made to any other of the customer's choice within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Conversely, a refund for these products cannot be made because the legal receipt issued when purchasing the product cannot be canceled
For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased, you must register a Return Request with the required information atinfo@bmbbags.gr or by phone at0030 6944597939 stating the product you want to change and the reason you want to change it.
Any exchange will only be accepted when the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging
Once your request has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification that the return has been approved
The products you want to change should be sent to the following address: Kanari 4, 16345 Ilioupoli, Athens with the same courier with which the shipment was made, namely Elta Courier.
If the product you received is defective or does not match the product you ordered, there is no charge for the replacement. If it concerns a code change, the charge for each shipment depends on the volumetric weight of the shipment while for changes from Cyprus the charge is the customer's according to the courier's price list .
Product Shipments and Returns for Wholesale Customers
Shipping
All shipments to destinations within Greece and Cyprus are made with the transport company or courier company that you have indicated to us and at the address you have assigned to us. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your parcel in person from the showroom in Ilioupoli after a phone call
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is free for orders within Athens. For orders outside Athen our company undertakes the cost up to the shipping agency - inside Attica - which you have indicated to us. The cost from the shipping agency to the final destination as well as the total cost in case of a courier or in case of shipment to Cyprus or in any other country, is paid by the customer.

Pick up from the Showroom
If you want to pick up your order immediately you can pick it up from the our showroom.
In this case it is necessary a telephone communication, to check availability and process your order. The order is prepared the same or the next day and as soon as it is ready we will contact you so that you can come and pick it up.
Changes / Returns
Change is made only in case of a defective product within a period of 2 months from the purchase of the product and with the issuance of a credit invoice. On the other hand, refunds for these products can not be made because the legal document issued at the time of sale of the product can not be canceled
For all cases you wish to return a product you should contact by phone at 0030 6944597939 stating the product you want to change and the reason why you want to change it.
In case of a defective product we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no availability you can choose any other product which is available at that time or use the credit invoice within 6 months. For changes concerning Cyprus or any other country except Greece there will be a shipping charge depending on the courier price list.
