1. Payment by Credit Card

Using your credit card for purchases through the bmbbags.gr online store is completely secure.

Once your order has been completed and you have selected credit card as your payment method, our website redirects you to a secure form where you can enter your card details through the certified Stripe payment system.

To pay by credit card, you will need to fill in the relevant form at checkout with your credit card number, expiry date, cardholder’s name, and the three-digit security code — CVV — located on the back of your card.

2. Payment via IRIS

You can pay instantly and securely via IRIS.

After completing the payment, please send us the payment confirmation by email at info@bmbbags.gr, including your full name and order number.

3. Payment by Bank Transfer

If you do not have a credit card or if another payment method is not convenient for you, you may pay for your order by bank transfer.

In this case, please notify us by phone at 0030 6944597939 or by email at info@bmbbags.gr.

After your order has been placed, it will remain in “pending” status until our accounting department confirms that the payment has been deposited into one of the following bank accounts:

If you choose this payment method, please send the bank transfer receipt by email to info@bmbbags.gr.

Important: Please always include your full name and order number as the payment reference when making the bank transfer.

For payments made by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only if the transfer fees are paid by the sender — “OUR” option, not “SHA”.

All payment transfers must be made in the invoicing currency of our store, which is EUR.

4. Payment at Our Store

For the option of store pickup and payment at our store, prior telephone communication at 6944597939 is required, so that product availability can be checked and your order can be processed.

Your order will be prepared on the same or the following day. Once it is ready, you will receive an email and a message on your mobile phone so that you can come and collect it.

Upon collection, you will be asked to provide your order number, which is stated in the email and mobile message we have sent you.
